Can I put a pair of release bindings on snowblades?
I am going to buy a pair of snowblades without bindings, and I am going to also purchase a pair of Fischer release bindings to install on the snowblades... keeping in mind that I will properly remove the brakes if they pose a problem (I have the correct tools to do so), will the pre-dilled holes on the snowblades be too close together or too far away? (there are eight holes) Is there a universal size for all ski bindings, in terms of screw length, distance between holes etc.?
If you require more detail, i can give it... any help would be greatly appreciated.
You'll probably need to get a hold of a Fischer binding jig. Binding screw points are not universal.
No offense, but you say you have the proper tools to do the job, why don't you know the very basics about mounting? Do you know you have the right tools?
