What should the punishment be?? I lost my temper earlier today with the woman whom owns my heart ..?

I made a really good suggestion (in a round about way) and she went and followed through on the idea .... well, where everything went south was, we were discussing something that was way hard for me to talk about, she pulled it out, I never had the opportunity to finish, and then she went to lunch (BTW) or conversation was on IM ..... What an complete jerk I was for becoming upset, when all the woman wanted to do was have her lunch!! Here this Huge Grizzly Bear started banging his spoon upon his high chair ... "UGH" "SIGH" "WOW" aghhhhh phooey .. Punishment Ideas Please!
I say ty him down and tickle the bottoms of his massive paws until he piddles .. ROTFLMAO
