How to maintain lxbxh=18inchx12inchx18inch aquarium?

I have 2 small sharks and a dalmation mollie.How to keep the glass walls crystal clear and free from salt stains?

good filtration, many many times the necessary amount. activated carbon gets cloudiness out of a tank, (using carbon during the cycling process helps the cycling go faster. and helps get meds out of water when needed and helps on a extra dirty tank) but dont keep the carbon in the tank all the time, only when it is needed. occasional wipe downs of the aquarium with a rag (one without any residue of soap) on the tank (its ok if the fish are still in the tank while you clean it, just make sure there is NO soap) this will keep the salt stains away. also, reducing the salt amount would help. not keeping the lights on too much help keep algae down.
