Intratec AB-10 Tec-9 DC-9 FULL AUTO?

I've seen the original Swedish Interdynamic company made the tec-9 (KG9) as a sub automatic machine gun capacity. There for, the Tec-9 and predisesors were designed to be a sub machine gun, modified to comply with regulations. Does this mean I can do my Intratec AB-10 sub machine gun full auto? NOTE: If this is done will be done by a professional and used by a propertied class 3 firearms license.
