How I can handle a rat falling falling problem with that is work good for me.?

I started a new job six months ago and I realize that have a lot of rat droppings all over the desk counter, file cabinets, the drawer of my desk and my phone up in the morning when I get to work. I started this job in June 2007 and now in October, I came a little too well Servere respiratory problems, which can cause you to have a lot of land of inflammation in the lungs and I had to have a lung biopsy that showed it had a lung infection. I informed my supervisor and sent the type of pest control and set traps, but my area is still infected and she just cares. But she gets upset when I have to go to appointments with doctors (sick). Could someone tell me what steps should I take to counter this business?
