How I can remove a small metal pin hinge?

I recently purchased a old metal cabinet goodwill. I love this thing. It has shelved a vertical cabinet to the right half, then left is a drawer small file card on top (just for CDs, tenure, etc.) and two regular file drawers below that. I'm ready to begin repairing this thing, but it is necessary to pull the Cabinet Door Hinge in some way. Is assured Hinged pin. How I can get these pins? Or is there something else I should be doing?

I'm assuming that the hinges are welded the cabinet. Most type hinges are not made to be broken however you can do. look at the bottom of the hinge if you have a larger round part that you can file, and push up and if it is greater when the drive up and out that may have paint on it so it is difficult to move. If all else fails you can remove the hinges and replace them with hinges that you can easily find the screw in one of the shops at home. Good luck
