Cleaning rosewood camphor chest?

I have a hand carved chest of Okinawa. The size is so complex that makes it difficult clean. As the whole, just dust, but the dirty air. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I looked whole site, but none of the chest are so detailed as mine. I do not want to spoil everything.

Clean something like this will be difficult, whatever you use, but must first try to discover how they arrived. You do not want to use anything that will dissolve the finish. Perhaps the safest thing would be to use a vacuum with a dusting brush. You can get micro vacuum attachments and brushes for details if necessary. Sometimes, the vacuum does not work as well as compressed air, which would be another possibility if you know someone with a compressor and an air compressor accessory.
