Installing Kitchen Cabinets Our own (?) Please?

We are thinking of buying the stained oak cabinets from Lowe's. I a question, however, that is, I'd have a cabinet with two large pull out drawers for pots and pans. This is a cabinet that would probably be by Lowe's request, but we can not afford to have one built. We must use stock cabinets. Is there any way and hardware that could be used in a base cabinets from Lowe's and the design of this feature ourselves? Thanks and hope someone has already done this for your kitchen.
