I think i have some ghosts in my house

Ok,i think i have ghosts in my house. I live in Key West,Florida. My house apparently seems to be haunted.Strange things happen,for example my toilet flushes when none is there. The chairs move when we sit on them. We thought the chair thing was pretty creepy,so we closed all the windows,removed fans,and everything that could produce air,and the chairs still moved. Sometimes we feel temperature changes. The cabinet doors open and close themselves for no reason when noone is there. Can someone who is a expert with ghosts please help me?
