Bra Types & Their Uses - Part II
There are now bras available for every occasion, from weddings and special occasions to pregnancy and sports. Whatever you are looking for in a bra, you are certain to find something that suits perfectly. So, whether you want to enjoy an innocent game of badminton or a naughty night of seduction, you can get just the bra for your needs.
Sports Bras
Suitable for any physical activity, sports bras is designed to provide supports, motion control and a snug fit. The ligaments in the breasts do not contain strong structural support, thus, sports exercise may cause irreversible damage to it. These damages to the ligaments in the breasts could cause premature sagging that will last a lifetime. Then, sports bras were developed in 1905 by Blanche Lyon of Detroit to reduce breast motion while exercising or playing sports.
In different activities, there is a certain sports bra that is suitable for it. There are three defined of impacts activity; low impact, medium impact and high impact. Low impact activities include yoga, walking and road cycling; high impact activity is sport like tennis; running and mountain biking are examples of high impact activities.
For different body types, choose a sports bra that suits you the most. For those woman that have larger breast (C cup and above), the natural shape style is more comfortable; whereas, for A and B cup woman, compressed style works by strapping the breast close to the body.
When choosing a sports bra, the most important things to take note is that it fits you well, non-binding straps to maximize freedom of movement and offers you a soft feel with moisture-wicking performance and promotes air flow.
Underwear or outerwear, back styles and closures are several styling and fabrication that can be considered. Some sports bras are suitable for wearing without a cover up, but some are clearly intended to be wearing under a top. The racer back provides support for woman with larger busts. There are two types of closure style; first, traditional hook closures which can be found with both front and back closure styles; second, hook less styles which can be pulled over the head or stepped into.
Type of fabric is an important factor as well, when buying a sports bra. Lycra® spandex, Cotton/ Lycra® Spandex and CoolMax® Polyester are examples of some popular fabrics. However, the choices of fabrics depend on your physical activity level and how sensitive your breast skin is.
Sports bra needs to be replaced with 6 to 12 months, when been wore 3-4 times per week. However, it usually last longer if it is hand washed, instead of machine-washed and tumbled dried. A noticeably looser fit, increased breast motion during exercise or while playing sports and fabric pilling are signs of a sports bra replacement.

Why do we put these footballers up on a pedestal?
Noticed that in some big football matches recently there seem to be the odd sending off for dumb violence in the face of warnings from the Ref. Players seem to be thick despite their talents and obvious exaggerated wealth. John Terry is a thug and a cheat and should be sent off every week.Is that who we want at the world cup?Henry cheated against Ireland,Rafael let United down badly by pulling at a player despite the fact he was already on a yellow. Most recently Lyon were in with a great chance of an upset but a player got booked and then committed another offence 2 minutes later. Brains!!!...do me a favour. Why do we put these people up on a pedestal? They're idiots.
I'm concerned that we are lifting these cheating, lying, sneaky people up to play in front of our children and giving them poor roll-models to look up to.
Comments please.
I agree but there are some decent ones , Gary Linneka is not the typical "thicko" .
Over pampered and over paid is a fair description of a high proportion of them, and all the foreign players are the first immigrants we should kick out.
