What is the best way to get dandruff in your hair?

I wonder what is the best method to remove hair dandruff? - It's not just heal the scalp to eliminate the problem, but in reality wage scales that are not noticed? When my hair, I think that pulling up more dandruff so I wonder if some other combs / brushes are better, or perhaps brushing help? Is it easier to remove the hair conditioner, wet or dry? ... HELP! If your use of a dandruff shampoo when you have to lather it on the scalp for five minutes or less in order to work.
