Are lever door pulls nice on bedroom doors?

I am replacing all the doorknobs in my house, and I like the look of the Oil Rubbed Bronze levers instead of a traditional round knob. I've seen these on closet doors and french doors to the outside, but are they also nice for bathrooms and bedroom doors?

They look nice and when your arms are full you can hit it with your elbow. It's true about the arthritis being a problem when you get older so I'd say they are perfect.
